Degtyarev G.L., D.Sc. (Engineering), professor, Fellow of TAS, Honored Scientist of Russia and the TASSR was born in 1938. Dr. Degtyarev is TAS Presidium member, the President of Tupolev Kazan State Technical University and the head of the Department of Automatics and Operation.
